Refund Policy

1. Digital Products
CertifyBridge delivers digital documents (offer letters, certificates, LORs, project reports). Since these are digital products delivered via email, all sales are generally considered final once the documents have been delivered.
2. Eligible Refund Scenarios
We offer refunds in the following cases:
- Non-delivery: If you do not receive your documents within 48 hours of payment confirmation, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Incorrect Details: If the documents contain errors caused by us (not due to incorrect information provided by you), we will either reissue the documents or provide a full refund.
- Duplicate Payment: If you are charged more than once for the same order, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.
- Payment Failure: If payment was deducted but the order was not registered in our system, a full refund will be processed.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Documents have been delivered successfully and match the details you provided.
- You provided incorrect personal details during the application.
- Change of mind after documents have been generated and delivered.
- Requests made more than 7 days after delivery.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Email us at support@certifybridge.com with the subject line “Refund Request”.
- Include your order ID, registered email, and the reason for the refund.
- Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before the documents are generated. Once document generation has started, cancellation is not possible. To cancel, email us immediately at support@certifybridge.com with your order ID.
